This 2 bedroom home is fully furnished with a Master Suite upstairs, with a King size bed and a private ensuite with jetted tub.    The Master Suite has gorgeous views of Kohala mountain and Maui in the distant.   The lanai has comfortable seating and is a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee and watch the sun light up Kohala mountain in the morning.  The second bedroom is located on the main floor furnished with a queen bed away from the main living area for privacy.

The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, and a living room with 20 foot ceilings and a wall of windows looking out to a large grassy back yard and views of Kohala mountain.   The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 6 people plus another 4 at the lanai outdoor table, and there are plenty of dishes for those large gathering meals! The sleeper sofa and oversize sleeper chair are perfect for relaxing, playing games from our extensive collection, listening to music, or watching the large 55′ LED TV with complimentary NETFLIX and AppleTV.   The two sleeper sofas (double and a twin) also have 3″ gel topper mattresses to ensure all are comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tranquility Villa! The home is beautifully decorated, very clean and extremely well stocked. My son and I especially loved the bikes and boogie boards. We biked to the shopping center which is very close and convenient. The location was perfect as was the access to the gated parking in Mauna Lani beach. We were able to go explore other areas but the best snorkeling was right at our beach! The owners Jeff and Suzanne were fantastic to work with. I would rent this villa again if we are lucky to return to the beautiful island of Hawaii!

Very Lovely Hawaii Condo (Deb S. – Oregon)

Just returned from a wonderful time on the Big Island….stayed in Jeff and Suzanne’s lovely condo! Completely stocked with amenities for beach, recreation, biking, and games. Also condo prime for relaxing and spending time on the property. Love the two pools and workout room as well. The condo location is quiet and peaceful, plus close to beaches, shops and restaurants. We have friends on the island so it was nice to host them one evening for dinner out on the patio. Jeff and Suzanne were accomodating and wonderful to us while we stayed on the Big Island. Definitely coming back to the Big Island and rent their condo again!

Absolutely a Gem! (David H.)

The Tranquility Villa was such a great place to stay! The owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable: amenities such as bikes, snorkeling gear, beach towels and chairs, beach umbrella, toys, coolers, etc. The villa is very nice inside and new construction, very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The pools are very nice and so is the gym. The location is perfect! Very close to the grocery store and the beach. The owners are the nicest people, thanks for everything Suzanne and Jeff! We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend the Tranquility Villa to anyone! Ten Stars!

Fantastic Stay at Tranquility (Elizabeth F. – California)

We loved our stay in your beautiful, clean, resort like home. I’m a neat freak so it was so nice to walk in and see everything looked terrific and just what I like. It’s decorated nice and had lots of space to spread out and is supplied with everything you can think of. The community is centrally located to all that the Muana Lani area offers! We loved going to the beach club! It was perfect for my husband (and I ) as he did the Kona 70.3 triathlon. It was a short walk to race shuttle in the morning and obviously super close to the fairmont orchid were the transitions were and the finish! We hope to come back as it was very nice. Thank you for the 5 star stay Jeff and Suzanne
